5. proceeding against clinical experiments of whatever nature and specialization using as guinea pigs unwilling or rather even uninformed  also eventually for fraudulent purposes to obtain pathological, biological and psycho sociological consequences. 
6. accusing and studying in every way damaging experimentation acting on unconscious and uninformed individuals: describing the latest technological instrumentscapable of direct energy emissions of unconventional energy which can seriously damage bodily functions and apparatuses (ex. Immune system) and even the brain itself as the center of MIND and WILL
7. CONTRASTING THE INADEQUACY COGNITIVE AND INEXPERTNESS in which is plunged the above said general scientific environment ,  moreover the medicine doctors in general and the psychiatrists in particular.

Any way also THINGS can become sincere witnesses. On the whole site the text is burdened by a lot of pictures: not ornamental ones but fitting to improve the very content with images often not only as documents but being as themselves real proofs.  Recent debates and receipt of new information gave the opportunity to refine this file both in Italian and in English, but also opened the view on a lot of serious causes of misleading interpretation which could have risked to cheat the basics of the whole Association's work and purposes. Objects and facts as witnesses confused with hypothetical meaning as symbols? Here it is mandatory to explain again the argument with a -  bothered - consideration: the presented pictures witness worthful, truthful, documenting by real happening to be scientifically studied; then it is urgent to point out strong and loud against whichever objects modifiedmisunderstanding encouraging to believe that they have a whichever - troublesome - worthless  "meaning" as they showed not concrete "facts" since marks, symbols, logo...Therefore it is for the former that the large number of  more or less serious – if not very serious – euphemistically termed “harms”, of which we can be or have been direct or indirect witnesses couldn't be presented, neither in the book, nor in the site or in the continuous updating of the latter: every piece of data, always punctiliously collected and catalogued, waits for further confirmation. Idea per una realizzazione elettronica Porsi di fronte alla rappresentazione artistica del male, cosmica o umana che sia, risponde ad un bisogno di riconoscimento; il male si produce e si trasforma di fronte ai nostri occhi, ma ha grandi capacità mimetiche e il suo complesso di inferiorità rispetto al bene lo costringe a non rivelare il suo vero nome.
Al centro del mio lavoro c’è l’intento di rappresentare quell’illusione catastrofica di cui essenzialmente esso si nutre [come del resto esplicitamente afferma Hitler nel Mein Kampf]: il desiderio di poter essere “l’unico”, il “solo”, la sola volontà del mondo. Nel suo cuore oscuro egli mira, in quanto unica forza esistente, all’estinzione dell’altro. Tuttavia egli è incapace di un proprio contenuto, poiché il suo essere è il negativo di una presenza, di una qualità, è assenza che diviene presenza opprimente.
La rappresentazione artistica del male è stata da sempre problematica. Ogni artista può farsi un’idea del male attingendo al proprio bagaglio di uomo libero, ma per farne un’opera è costretto a speculare, a costruire una visione. 
Creare un’incarnazione oggettiva e tangibile del male significa allo stesso tempo smascherarne la mostruosità e rivelarne la portentosa natura seducente e trionfante: il terribile si trasforma nel sublime. L’Opera del Sabato di K. Stockhausen si apre con il saluto, al mondo, di Lucifero. Quattro gruppi di ottoni sono posti ai quattro vertici dell’auditorium. Il pubblico é immerso nel cupo fervore del suono dei tromboni, l’unica voce timbricamente contrastante é quella delle percussioni: una visione del male in movimento, accerchiamento occulto e fascinoso, ascolto furiosamente attraente, ipnotico. Io ne propongo una versione radicale ed estrema; tutto il tessuto sonoro è eseguito e controllato da un unico sintetizzatore, dunque da un unico esecutore, che attraverso le possibilità tecniche di separazione dei canali e di spazializzazione si impossessa della totalità dello spazio sonoro. I quattro punti di diffusione, che corrispondo ai quattro gruppi di ottoni sono i cardini di un orizzonte sonoro circolare, chiuso ed uniforme.
Nella mia idea del Saluto di Lucifero ho pensato ad una disposizione degli strumenti a percussione esterna al circolo descritto dalla quadrifonia, in contrasto con l’uniformità timbrico-spaziale dei suoni del sintetizzatore, poiché l’unicità del male è soltanto un’illusione negativa, è il frutto della sua incapacità di “vedere oltre”.
