Stalkers use harassment tactics that look "minor" to passers-by. These tactics include noisemaking near the target such as clicking ball point pens constantly, rattling keys or change, particularly when standing behind the target. If the target responds, the target can expect more of the same. When a target takes a seat in public, stalkers will sit nearby to deliver noise harassment, or to repeatedly tap their feet, sometimes on the target's chair. I am heading to Vancouver for business from Florence Italy for a few days and wanted to report boarding of illegal MW, RF emitters on board today of Lufthansa 319 from Florence to Frankfurt and now on Lufthansa 492 also on August 21 from Frankfurt to Vancouver.
Since the last encounter with a pathetic Italian carrying illegal equipment on my Lufthansa plane to Canada I have spotted in Vancouver and Calgary the same looser measuring and taking pictures under my hotel and now in Calgary at 2300 6th Street SE, Calgary, circling the address with a rental car.
Tomorrow I am flying back to Europe with Luftansa in the afternoon from Calgary and I am looking forward to measure if this guy's IQ is so low that he will board my same flight. These Italian organizers are loosing control and access to funds they used to receive for this experiment until a few years ago (my experience started in 2006 in NYC) and the level of the people involved in stalking has gotten so low that the next step is using scarecrows or someone with 50 IQ. The money is obviously no longer there and the smarter perps are actually leaving getting scared by the amount of press coverage and the sentences several states are beefing up for stalking individuals.
The images are now shared with US law enforcement for these episides, but I wanted to advise anyone that you can use two or more iPhone applications that you can download easily and give you the exact position of these loosers if used in conjunction with google maps and GPS of your images.

- One is EMF and gives you the general direction of the interference
- The second and most useful is Magnetic Field and when any magnetic emitter is used with MW/RF or other field emitters spots the source of the fluctuation in one instant by mesuring the actual variation of the magnetic field and the acceleration of the field around you.
-Taking screen shots of each excessive level of radiation will give you rudimentary but scientific proof that you are exposed to excessive emissions of RF, MW periodically if anyone objects you your claims. The collection of these screen shots will embed a GPS trace that will confirm where and whare and when each incident has taken plac

When every TI gets access to some basic but scientific data to show and to keep a good track record of the gang stalking occurrences--and the use of cams is a great tool in association with this, sharing your experience, the amount of real documentation will help all TIs and the agencies which are working on this problem. What is it?

Gang Stalking is a well-organized, occult form of covert harassment used against an individual. It is done by large groups of people who systematically & repeatedly harass individuals. It often encompasses the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) such as Microwave harassment. This can be a for-hire organized harassment service. This has also been called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Community-based Harassment, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Vengeance Stalking, Terrorist Stalking, Revenge Stalking, Covert Action, State-Sponsored Harassment, Microwave Harassment, Microwave Mind-Control.
Gang Vigilante Stalking is an occult form of terrorism/mind-control used against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will have a nervous breakdown, become incarcerated/institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, become homeless, &/or commit suicide. It is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, DEWs, & general harassment. Gang Stalking (also called "group stalking" "organised stalking") is a total assault paradigm. It is carried out by criminal secret societies. The OS paradigm includes (but is not limited to):

many of the attacks are synchronized to happen precisely as the target does something, e.g. leave his/her residence, goes to the shops etc.

"Street theater": staged skits designed to frighten and upset the target the same harassment happens every day, day after day, year after year

a large group of stalkers, each of whom does a portion of the stalking-attacks

24 hour surveillance, every day. Among other things, the stalkers, working in shifts, sit in their vehicles parked around the target's residence.

"slander campaign": the foundation of OS. The stalkers go to everyone the target interacts with (family members, coworkers, neighbors, etc) and spread lies: that the target is a homosexual or a criminal of some type. This is an effective tactic because most people can't even imagine that a stranger would lie to them.

the stalkers present themselves as members of a "civic organization" which works with law enforcement and monitors terrorists or other criminals. The stalkers may use fake badges or fake "official files" to convince people that the target is a criminal.

"noise campaign": very frequent sounds (sirens, car alarms, beeping sounds, loud engine accelerations, loud booming sounds [from vehicles], etc) which follow the target everywhere.

the stalkers target homosexuals (or people thought to be), members of "left-wing" (e.g. peace, civil rights, environmental) organizations, whistleblowers, people who live "alternative lifestyles", and anyone else the stalkers see as not conforming with their version of "normality."

persistence: the stalkers follow the target as he/she moves to other cities or states.

the stalkers use lies, money, and intimidation to get nongroup members to attack the target.

the stalkers commit crimes and blame them on the target

targets are harassed while driving, and vehicles are sabotaged - pets are killed - physical assault

derogatory name calling - mail is stolen or damaged - harassing emails and phone calls

residences and vehicles are vandalized - law enforcement and firefighter participation

Some Important Points:

The primary targets of all these tactics are the group members, not the target. The group members are the ones who are programmed. Group leaders define reality for their members, so it doesn't matter if tactics do not work on a target.

Group members are sensitized to all the tactics they employ.

Stalking various targets is only part of the activity of these groups. Members are trained to perform a variety of activities without question. They do not know the objectives of their leaders.

Those targeted for harassment will have no problem concluding that someone is after them, but most never know who it is.

What other tactics are used?
Face-to-face tactics:

Following a target on foot wherever he goes

Standing around a target while he is paying for a purchase in a store.

Swarming the target – i.e. totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.

Physically intimidating a target by standing very close -

When a target sits anywhere in public, group members will attempt to sit behind him in order to create noise, by whatever means, including tapping their feet on the target's chair.

Walking by a target and doing strange things to attract his attention, such as:

Blinking their eyes - Reading the time from an imaginary watch on their wrist - Making faces

Noise Campaigns:

Generating noise around the clock.

Interfering with sleep patterns (i.e. through excessive noise). Trying to wake up the target at night as many times as they can.

Noise campaigns include:

People yelling and screaming outside the person’s residence.

Numerous different vehicles, squealing their tires, honking their horns and hanging around a certain area.

Apartment noise campaigns will include:

Tapping on the walls in the middle of the night - Taps running - Hammering

Noises coming from the upper and/or lower apartments, and possibly the apartments on both sides

Ideally, noises are timed to activities of the target, such as:

When a target goes outside - When a target flushes the toilet

When a target turns on a water faucet - When a target walks near a window.

Vehicle-related tactics:

Numerous different vehicles hanging around a certain area.

Traveling in convoys with highbeams on - Drivers in convoys waving at one another.

Attempting to intercept the target’s vehicle at intersections.

Trying to force the target’s vehicle off the road.

Vandalizing the target's vehicle, including:

Slashing tires - Scratching paint - Stealing license plates

Draining the oil or antifreeze over a period of time in the hopes of destroying the engine.

They do not usually cut brake lines or commit other acts of sabotage which would leave evidence.

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TOLL OF THIS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IS ALSO HUGE. IMAGINE BEING UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE AND TORTURED WHEREVER YOU GO. Along with the stalking, victims are complaining of attack by directed energy weapons resulting in headache, heart palpitations, tinnitus, gastro-intestinal disorders and burning of the skin and eyes.
The complaints across the board are exactly the same and appear to be the result of a template or experimental protocol.

Dear Department of State,

I currently sit on the medical committee of the human rights organization Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance. Our concern is about the growing number of people voicing complaints regarding organized stalking and victimization by weapons based upon the electromagnetic spectrum. Our group has over 600 members and is one of many that exist to counsel and provide information to victims that find themselves in harm's way due to this phenomenon. I am one of several medical doctors that see this as possible experimentation being perpetrated on a non-consenting public. We know, historically, that the U.S. Government has used the public for experimentation in the past. Examples include prior radiation experimentation, the Tuskegee syphilis study and MKULTRA which have all been exposed through Freedom of Information. Currently, no legislation exists protecting the public from such experimentation. Senator John Glenn attempted to pass legislation requiring the military and intelligence agencies to procure informed consent for experimentation, but it failed.
The phenomenon I am referring to is the combination of organized stalking and attack with directed energy weapons with the goal of behavioral modification. For your information, organized stalking is the term used to describe the stalking of a target by individuals unknown to the target for the purposes of harassment and psychological torment. Again, this is not unprecedented and was the technique used by the FBI in its COINTELPRO operations in the 1960s. A recent survey conducted by the Department of Justice on stalking in the U.S has shown an exponential rise in stalking complaints. In addition, the study also illustrated the futility of the victims to have their complaints investigated by local, state or federal law enforcement officials.
Along with the stalking, victims are complaining of attack by directed energy weapons resulting in headache, heart palpitations, tinnitus, gastro-intestinal disorders and burning of the skin and eyes. The attacks are described as unmistakably coming from an external origin. Also, many victims are complaining of audio harassment similar to the effects described by the Army of the microwave hearing effect in their 1996 Addendum to the Bio-Effects of Non- Lethal Weapons.
Many of the victims have had their lives further destroyed by wrongful diagnoses by the psychiatric community as delusional. It is my opinion that the number of people voicing these exact same complaints more than exceeds the percentage of the population suffering from delusional disorder, as published by the NIMH.
In conclusion, the combination of stalking, attack with electromagnetic weapons and audio harassment is rapidly becoming a national crisis. More victims are coming forward from every state in the Union at an alarming rate.

The complaints across the board are exactly the same and appear to be the result of a template or experimental protocol.

Whether these complaints are the result of governmental experimentation or criminal access to the technology, the resulting abuse of the most basic of human rights is the same.
We therefore feel that the United States needs to do much more to protect its citizens from outrageous human rights abuses that are occurring due to the lack of oversight of its military and intelligence agencies' research programs.
Many from all levels of society are suffering from these abuses and we as victims of this technology are seeking congressional hearings, legislation, and other protections to ensure our human and civil rights in this country.

Mental, physical and technological abuses: NOT science fiction.

To rearrange, make known and divulge all the collected material – especially unpublished - in November 2002 the Italian Association, Scientific and Juridical, Against Mental, Physical and Technological Abuses – acronym aisjca-mft – was founded and its mouthpiece Web site was put on the Net; then, in July 2005, the whole Web site – how it looked like at that time – became also an ENCYCLOPEDIC book. But, because of its own statutory nature a Web site – contrary to a printed book – can’t be a “finished” work: in fact it DOES NOT aim at providing purely historical documentation, but at collecting a CONTINUATIVE adjournment about facts and testimonies. Thanks to this dynamism requests and debates concretize into other “facts” and these debates do not remain theoric discussions. And so, in this years, in conformity with these presuppositions, some files have been greatly modified and others completely created: with new information about facts and authentic texts of testimonies which are still being collected. Then came the impellent necessity to publish in preview this new data as a SUPPLEMENT of the main book, before starting its real second edition not only revised but also even better adjourned.
