Note carefully: There is such a thing as PROXY stalking, in which a single stalker, motivated by amorous interest or mental illness, enlists helpers. Organized stalking is NOT proxy stalking, but rather is stalking by a group totally independent of whomever originally submitted the target's name to the stalking group. The stalking group typically has no knowledge of why the target's name was submitted, and instead is given a lie, often that the target is a pedophile, to motivate the group stalking effort.

The term ritual abuse is used to mean different things: it can mean "ritualistic" abuse --- repetitive, planned out, compulsive abuse by an isolated perpetrator. By the 1920's clinical hypnotists learned to split certain individuals into multiple personalities like Jeckyl-Hydes. During WWII, I worked this technique with a Marine lieutenant I‚ ll call Jones. I split his personality into Jones A and Jones B. Jones A, once a "normal"‚ working Marine, became entirely different. He talked communist doctrine and meant it. He was welcomed enthusiastically by communist cells, and was deliberately given a dishonorable discharge. Estabrooks only alludes to the severe trauma that is required to create a true multiple, often referring to the trauma euphemistically as a form of hypnotism. At one point, he notes that "[multiple personalities] are caused by a form of hypnotism in the first place! We will see that emotional shock produces exactly the same results as hypnotism.

A large portion of the investment, about $9 million, has been devoted to characterizing the effects of this technology on the human body..... Animals and humans are being used in the test program which is being conducted in strict compliance with the procedures, laws and regulations governing animal and human experimentation" (?). "The tests are reviewed and approved by a formal Institutional Review Board with oversight from the Air Force Surgeon General’s Office. An independent panel of medical experts from outside the government also periodically reviews and advises on the planning aspects and results of the research and test activities. Their 2002 review of the program concluded there is low probability of serious injury from exposure to the ADS beam. Additionally, the panel concludes that the probability of thermal eye injury is low and the probability of long-term health effects such as cancer is extremely low.

The US Air Force says that because there are no munition fragments that could be used to identify the source of the strike from their Advanced Tactical Laser (ATL). Because of this they say that it is "deniable". Meaning that the US could convincingly deny any involvement with the destruction the weapon causes.
The concern is that the weapons being used on victims can also be convincingly "deniable".

Washington (AP) - Pilots from time to time encounter laser beams that stray into the cockpit on approach to an airport, but a recent rash of such incidents - at least seven since Christmas - has them worried about an organized effort to take down airliners. Though there have been no reports of accidents caused by lasers, they can temporarily blind and disorient a pilot and could lead to a plane crash. .../  ... Scientists discount the possibility that pilots are merely the victims of a popular new Christmas toy or jokesters toying with a $19 laser pointer from an electronics store. Loren Thompson, who teaches military technology at Georgetown University, said a piece of equipment that could do the things the FBI is investigating would be "fairly expensive and fairly sophisticated. He characterized it as a reasonably powerful visible light laser that can lock onto a fast-moving aircraft. That's not the sort of thing you pick up at a military surplus store, he said. 
Law enforcement officials say they have no evidence of an organized effort to take down planes. Further, they say they've had reports of similar incidents since the technology became popular.

Said to Rebuff Congress on Nazi Files By Douglas Jehl The New York Times  Sunday 30 January 2005 WASHINGTON - The Central Intelligence Agency is refusing to provide hundreds of thousands of pages of documents sought by a government working group under a 1998 law that requires full disclosure of classified records related to Nazi war  criminals, say Congressional officials from both parties. Under the law, the C.I.A. has already provided more than 1.2 million pages of documents, the vast majority of them from the archives of its World War II predecessor, the Office of Strategic Services. Many documents have been declassified, and some made public last year showed a closer relationship between the United States government and Nazi war criminals than had previously been understood, including the C.I.A.'s recruitment of war criminal suspects or Nazi collaborators. For nearly three years, the C.I.A. has interpreted the 1998 law narrowly and rebuffed requests for additional  records, say Congressional officials and some members of the working group, who also contend that that stanceseems to violate the law. ...

In fact after extensive analysis it can be stated that electronic implants and directed energy have been in use much longer than thought possible, as an example during the thirties Hitler's speeches had organizers who directed infrasound into the crowds to cause their heartbeats to rise to incite greater reactions to him where the crowds had their blood pressure raised and reacted with greater energy. Subsequent study of simple receivers which could be used to implants predates the assertions of officials as to the dates of the earliest experiments, it is considered likely that serious implantation of men, women and children began in the 30's covertly; this activity insofar as the admitted experiments in the mid 40's is an indication as to the beginnings of widespread use. This fact does not even consider the use of radar and directed sound waves and or radio frequency through the walls of homes of large numbers of people even earlier that the 30's where the invention of radar in the 30's may well have existed on a short distance level from feed back oscillation responses from tesla devices. In any event the concept of implantation and directed  energy being used to incapacitate and kill are relevant it is expected to have been used on hundreds of millions of people across the world.

Today American scientists are working diligently on the creation of E-bombs that can target artillery hells and missiles and disrupt their trajectory in mid-flight. They could be of crucial assistance in today's strategic theater that is based much more around urban warfare where one bomb could take out an enemy's electrical infrastructure before the arrival of ground troops. America's first major tests of their high-tech EMP weapons based on using high-temperature superconductors to create intense magnetic fields will take place in less than a year, however terrorists can today easily construct a potent E-bomb using 1940s technology for only $400

Gli intervistati fanno spesso riferimento ad un'altra arma non letale: il Taser, un apparecchio acquistabile anche via internet che può essere considerato il fratello minore del Raggio del dolore in quanto è in grado di lanciare una scossa elettrica di 50 mila volt per cinque secondi alla distanza di alcuni metri. L’inchiesta mostra uno dei tanti video scioccanti rintracciabili sul web che mostra le drammatiche immagini di un ragazzo colpito dallo elettroshock provocato dal Taser per il solo motivo di essersi rifiutato di mostrare il suo tesserino universitario. Lo scenario che viene delineato è quello di una modificazione della forma del potere, che potrebbe incidere sulle regole democratiche, se l’uso di questo sistema non sarà disciplinato secondo il più alto livello di garanzia dei diritti umani. Uno degli intervistati ha anche espresso il sospetto che la sperimentazione di questa arma sia stata appaltata a Paesi con un livello di garanzia dei diritti civili minore degli standard europei.
La possibilità che queste armi, al momento molto costose, possano con il tempo essere disponibili sul libero mercato, crea una forte preoccupazione per chi vuole mantenere alto il livello di libertà e di espressione democratica nei propri Paesi.

The machine is a computer which can recognize a limited amount of words by monitoring a person’s silent thoughts. HSV Technologies Inc., of San Diego, California is developing a non-lethal weapon that uses ultraviolet laser beams to harmlessly immobilize people and animals at a distance. The Phaser-like device uses two beams of UV radiation to ionize paths in the air along which electrical current is conducted to and from the target. In effect, the beams create wires through the atmosphere wherever they are pointed.  The current within these beams is a close replication of the neuro-electric impulses that control skeletal muscles. It is imperceptible to the target person because it differs from his own neural impulses only in that its repetition rate is sufficiently rapid to tetanize muscle tissue.

Tetanization is the stimulation of muscle fibers at a frequency which merges their individual contractions into a single sustained contraction.

It should make us happy, but environmentalists are deeply alarmed: Prozac, the anti-depression drug, is being taken in such large quantities that it can now be found in Britain's drinking water. 
Environmentalists are calling for an urgent investigation into the revelations, describing the build-up of the antidepressant as 'hidden mass medication'. The Environment Agency has revealed that Prozac is building up both in river systems and groundwater used for drinking supplies. The government's chief environment watchdog recently held a series of meetings with the pharmaceutical industry to discuss any repercussions for human health or the ecosystem.The discovery raises fresh fears that GPs are overprescribing Prozac, Britain's antidepressant of choice. In the decade up to 2001, overall prescriptions of antidepressants rose from nine million to 24 million a year. A recent report by the Environment Agency concluded Prozac could be potentially toxic in the water table and said the drug was a'potential concern'. However, the precise quantity of Prozac in the nation's water supplies remains unknown. The government's Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) said Prozac was likely to be found in a considerably 'watered down' form that was unlikely to pose. Dr Andy Croxford, the Environment's Agency's policy manager for pesticides, told The Observer: 'We need to determine the effects of this low-level, almost continuous discharge.' Norman Baker, the Liberal Democrat's environment spokesman, said the revelations exposed a failing by the government on animportant public health issue. He added that the public should be told if they were inadvertently taking drugs like Prozac.'This looks like a case of hidden mass medication upon the unsuspecting public' Baker said. 'It is alarming that there is no monitoring of levels of Prozac and other pharmacy residues in our drinking water.' Experts say that Prozac finds its way into rivers and water systems from treated sewage water. Some believe the drugs could affect their reproductive ability. European studies have also expressed disquiet over the impact of pharmaceuticals building up in the environment, warning that an effect on wildlife and human health 'cannot be excluded'....
