 Alla fine di novembre 2009 questo file era stato molto danneggiato per cui non era possibile rilevarne la leggibilità e le parole chiave. La versione attuale e corretta di questo file - 233Kb - deriva da un'infinita nuova serie di correzioni: a parte il recupero di danneggiamenti del testo stesso, il codice ne risultava alterato da cancellazioni di parti significative - come il contatore Shinystat e il Motore di ricerca interno al sito - e ancor più da intrusioni assurde di di quantità di codificazioni nutili - tanto che il file aveva raggiunto i 492 Kb
Deve pure venir segnalato che nel corso di una telefonata - 16 febbraio 2012 - ad un interlocutore veniva del tutto impedito - come in un'afasia temporanea -  di pronunciare la parola "class action"

Not from one or another facet of this so tangled field raised the Association and its Web site and books but - on compelling purpose - considering the variety of "mental, bodily and technological" abused victims claims on their wholeness.
Hope is a strange thing. Someone who has none, grasps at any little possibility, even if it is a false possibility, because they really want some hope. It helps ... attackers by destroying own credibility. It's one of the feds' most effective weapons for protecting themselves against discovery.
But while this perspective accepts the assortment of so multifarious and in progress documentation, it does not accept to deny the reality of the variety of different contexts and cases - sometimes utterly disparate - of "mental and/or bodily and/or technological Abuses". Site and books are so composing an Encyclopedic miscellaneous entirety, not a smoothly fluent "esay-to-read" novel-like story: then this justifies the large amount of files/chapters, each one belonging and referring to a very different situations and a very diffeent way to document - see the "first hand" quotes into many files/chapters and the assortment of totally "foreign guests files/chapters" put on-line or printed into books. Every input of comments or of debates does be every time the most welcome to aid on focusing bettere and more incisively the attention even on forgotten details; any way we don't like "stars" nor "heroes", besides more strongly we reject THEORIES instead of OBSERVATIONS, as well every invite to simplify and coerce different deeds and different causes of them into an unified bunch, even if assuming very ancient and/or biased Authors quotations:
Occam's razor states as principle that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, eliminating those that make no difference in the observable predictions of the explanatory hypothesis  or theory - "entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem", roughly translated as "entities must not be multiplied beyond necessity". An alternative version Pluralitas non est ponenda sine necessitate translates "plurality should not be posited without necessity".
 ... Karl Popper argues that a preference for simple theories need not appeal to practical or aesthetic considerations. Our preference for simplicity may be justified by his falsifiability criterion: We prefer simpler theories to more complex ones "because their empirical content is greater; and because they are better testable" (Popper 1992).
Before to state that All other things being equal, the simplest solution is the best try thoroughly - very and very thoroughly! - to distinguish their differences! On a mail we read and instead agree to publish regardless with caution:

One of the victims is desperate to get relief so much that he goes off on wild, and useless, tangents, much like many of the victims. He helps his attackers by destroying his own credibility. It's one of the feds' most effective weapons for protecting themselves against discovery by those - courts etc. - most able to help us.

l'animalità lungimirante della lince espressa nello sguardo - attento, perplesso,preoccupato -Il sonno della ragione produce mostri? Allora non ci si deve stancare di rimanere VIGILANTI, VIGILANTI, VIGILANTI; non ci si deve accontentare delle affermazioni altrui e neanche delle proprie - non documentate - sensazioni. International Criminal Court

One of the great innovations of the Statute of the International Criminal Court and its Rules of Procedure and Evidence is the series of rights granted to victims. For the first time in the history of international criminal justice, victims have the possibility under the Statute to present their views and observations before the Court. Participation before the Court may occur at various stages of proceedings and may take different forms. Although it will be up to the judges to give directions as to the timing and manner of participation. Participation in the Court's proceedings will in most cases take place through a legal representative and will be conducted ”in a manner which is not prejudicial or inconsistent with the rights of the accused and a fair and impartial trial”. The victim-based provisions within the Rome Statute provide victims with the opportunity to have their voices heard and to obtain, where appropriate, some form of reparation for their suffering. It is this balance between retributive and restorative justice that will enable the ICC, not only to bring criminals to justice but also to help the victims themselves obtain justice. Legal Representatives of Victims. According to Rule 90(6) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the legal representatives of victims must have the same qualifications as a counsel for the defence, as set out in Rule 22(1) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence. The ability of individuals to complain about the violation of their rights in an international arena brings real meaning to the rights contained in the human rights treaties. Premessa: Abusi strutturati

Importantissimi da tutti i punti di vista è quanto riguarda gli ABUSI commessi su BAMBINI: questo file - ora, per maggior stabilità dei contenuti, presentato anche in pdf -principalmente dedicato proprio a questa questione rappresenta in fondo la principale dichiarazione di intenti dell'Associazione: va quindi segnalata, e con gran rilievo, una seri di dati.
  1. Da questo dramma ha preso origine l'Associazione e le sue iniziative: è quindi il vero perno di questo lavoro.
  2. La prima di queste "vittime consapevoli" ha iniziato il suo percorso chiarificatore nel 1994: nei continui aggiornamenti e ristrutturazioni di questo file vanno seguite le successive nuove precisazioni della originaria testimonianza.
  3. Nuovi casi e nuove testimonianze si sono succeduti nel frattempo - italiani e stranieri - fornendo un enorme dossier scritto e documentato.
  4. Un dossier non pubblicabile se non in parte minima per la sua mole e per la delicatezza di alcuni dati.
  5. Per semplificare e condensare il materiale raccolto e trasmissibile, questo file/capitolo dà la precedenza agli scritti di prima mano ITALIANI con parziali traduzioni estemporanee: mentre in altri file e in un altro sito si trovano stralci di testimonianze scritte in altre lingue.
  6. Per l'importanza descrittiva del contenuto e per la priorità della sua presentazione la prima "testimonianza italiana" si trova anche in altri file dello stesso e di un altro sito e le è stata - arbitrariamente - aggiunta una parziale traduzione in inglese.
  7. Per essere riconoscibili a prima vista come documenti non elaborati tutti i testi derivati da dirette esperienze sono riportati trascritti in caratteri unificati mimanti la scrittura a mano - mistral nel file in rete, in carattteri differenti per ciscun testimone nelle trasposizioni dei file in "capitoli".di libri.

  9. Una pubblicazione a se stante avente come punto cardine il concetto di MEMORIA ospita anche la parte documentale di questo file come emblematico della possibilità e concretezza dei rivissuti e della realtà "non fantascientifica" dell'estrema malvagità umana.
  10. Le testimonianze verbali in continuo svolgimento sono avvalorate anche da FOTOGRAFIE AUTENTICHE a comprovare gravissimi esperimenti ostetrici su bambine e CONSEGUENZE di esperimenti "farmacologici" (?) di natura non appurata su bambini di entrambi i sessi.
  11. La maggioranza internazionale di testimoninanti vittime sopravvissute è costituita da - spesso moltissimi anni dopo - da DONNE adulte: forse perché sopravvissute in maggior numero, o forse perché meno intensivamente coinvolte e depersonalizzate.
  12. Importantissimi documenti riguardanti MASCHI come vittime sono esemplificati e discussi nel file/capitolo Mind Control Victim Awarded $1 Million in cui si citano informazioni precise tratte dalle accurate ricerche della The Johnny Gosch Foundation. (Il filmato "cancellato" nel 1994 Conspiracy of silence è però ancora rintracciabile e scaricabile.)
  13. Questo file sarà sempre in continuative ristrutturazioni e completamenti per costituire una sede ove aggiornare - scelte con la massima critica e attenzione - le testimonianze di chi sta già ampliando il suo percorso di precise documentabili informazioni.
  14. Le documentazioni dirette e le testimonianze sono proposte anche - come scopo non certo secondario - per suggerire riferimenti concreti e incoraggiamenti a vittime non ancora consapevoli.
  15. Va comunque sottolineato che parte di questi dati riguardanti Abusi commessi in nome della Medicina sono accompagnati da testimonianze di Addestramenti e Stragi.
  16. Come si legge - ad esempio nel sito della Fondazione Johnny Gosch - e si deduce nei paragrafi successivi, si tratta di delitti su vasta scala e poliedrici commessi da un organizatissima corporazionedi cerchio di porno-pedolfilia. Dati precisi evidenziano come questo stesso circolo di porno-pedofilo sia collegato con riciclaggio di denaro, traffico di droga e di armi ecc.-
Come riepilogo dei concetti generali giunge però qui molto opportuna la possibilità di commentare una considerazione che ci è stata mossa a proposito dei modi nefasti di considerare i bambini e delle loro conseguenze nel corso delle generazioni future. Da segnalazioni come quelle contenute nel file/capitolo di un altro sito/libro Imbroglio è il contrario di sviluppo, in Delgado & Skinner ecc. un interlocutore aveva - erroneamente! - dedotto che una volontà specificamente "malvagia" fosse di continuo in azione da dietro le quinte con precisi propositi per ottenere simili risultati. Di fatto esistono e sono veri e attivi e diffusi a macchia d'olio - e non "leggende metropolitane" - progetti che propongono la mente come campo di battaglia: ed esistono fotografie e testimonianze di prima mano tra loro coincidenti che ne dimostrano l'effettiva espressione concreta.PURTROPPO invece per lo più metodi rovinosi di allevamento delle giovani generazioni NON provengono da azioni programmate - che come tali potrebbero venir combattute più apertamente. I comportamenti degli adulti nei confronti dei bambini rispecchiano piuttosto una NORMALE curva di Gauss con agli estremi qui i "buonissimi" - e i loro Maestri - e là i "cattivissimi" e i loro istigatori; mentre - e qui è da ripetere: "purtroppo" - al centro si raggruppa una massa generalizzata e passiva di inetti, di superstiziosi, di adulti non-sviluppati, di infanzie malvissute o non vissute e/o rimosse. Se lo si vuole veramente e si è disponibili sul serio a generalizzarla, una realtà ben concreta civile e ragionevole e fattiva - "non-virtuale", non "mediatica", non sentimentalmente polarizzante un'attenzione "guidata" - può sia "costruire" sul nuovo che accettare scomode denunce e sconvolgenti perversità. "Brutte notizie" circolano e imperversano comunque con informazioni chiassose e sbagliate e travisate, sadicamente scandalistiche: in un "deserto morale e emozionale", in un contesto annoiato e quindi alla ricerca di sensazionalismi SADICI è più che facile polarizzare un'attenzione esagerata e prolungata su SINGOLI casi di veri o presunti o da discutere "orrendi delitti".
A margine dell’ennesimo arresto di fruitori di pedo-pornografia on line, un articolo di Repubblica, per bocca di Giovanni Arena, presidente di Telefono Arcobaleno, porta finalmente l’attenzione sulle vittime. Credo valga più di tutto, riportare le sue parole:
Nel Decreto Sicurezza, [pare] siano state dimenticate le vittime del pedobusiness. Per i bambini che subiscono violenze sessuali dirette, infatti, la legge prevede il gratuito patrocinio dello Stato. Nel Decreto Sicurezza del governo invece i minori sfruttati sessualmente da pedofili per produrre e diffondere materiale pedopornografico non sembra abbiano gli stessi diritti. Eppure la circolazione di immagini che riportano lo strazio di circa 40.000 bambini in tutto il mondo riguarda prevalentemente minori dai 7 ai 9 anni, vittime evidentemente dimenticate. Insomma, è in atto un processo culturale pericoloso, che tende a considerare la pedofilia on line un crimine virtuale e non una vera e propria atrocità contro l'umanità, che coinvolge bambini veri e sempre più piccoli, sfruttati per alimentare ogni giorno un infame mercato di esseri umani.
Ma è ancor più facile incoraggiare una subdola pervasiva "reazione di rifiuto" atta a coprire enormi "delitti collettivi", magari con il pretesto salva-coscienza di stigmatizzare con false astrazioni singole riduttive categorie - ad esempio i "maschi pedofili" o le "nuove generazioni" destinate ad albergare "mostricini in erba" - magari drogati di per sé o da imbottire di psicofarmaci ufficialmente prescritti. Per lo più coperte dal rumoroso, supponente e SADICO "disimpegno" di sicuro, pur in sottofondo, dati di fatto concreti rivelano l'attiva esistenza di situazioni reali: se non ci si lascia abbagliare dal "banale" generalizzabile a vuoto, dal sadismo sentimentale che esagera magari i "casi semplici" ci si può accorgere di incontrare "fatti delittuosi gravissimi" che  "esistono" e "parlano" di per sé, e sono probabilmente molto più diffusi di quanto appaia. Ma perché non sperare nel contrario dal successo di: Boccuccia di Rosa / Bambole Rotte? O di bambini e ragazzini che insieme e solidarmente lavorano assieme per preparare e pubblicare giornali che trattano anche argomenti a forte valenza sociale, capaci di costruire in armonia e render condivisibili esperienze valide?
Prima o poi saranno tradotti anche in italiano filmati sul caso Zandvoort etc., già presenti in rete tradotti dal tedesco e francese in olandese - da non dimenticare che Zandvoort si trova in Olanda.

Other technologies are appearing on the horizon such as beams and waves that could produce certain specific effects on the central nervous system, including depression and convulsions. The past 4 years the reviewing of new weapons, 21st century warfare and weapons was and  continues to be one of the main efforts in the work of the ICRC, which according to Art. 36 in the Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions 1977 is their and the States duty to review. It does not matter, whether one´s onw country has signed or ratified this Additional Protocol or not. Experts from all professions will evaluate, whether emerging new technologies
(Biotechnolgy, Nanotechnolgy, Microwave and RF Technologies, Lasertechnology, Ultra/Infrasound Technolgy a.s o., a.s.o. are "weaponizeable", capable of bearing arms, and their effects, that they will produce on humans (civilians and military persons) and the environment, and whether these effects are tolerable according to the Geneva Conventions,  the International Humanitarian  Law and the Human Rights. Doctors trying to understand this phrase step into the no-man's land between the effects of weapons on health and the international law of war. I can see only one way to navigate this no-man's land, and that is to translate a field surgeon's concept of abhorrent weapons into a tool which can be used for making a legal determination of whether a specific weapon will inflict superfluous injury or unnecessary suffering.

Project Censored
How can an academic paper help victims and targeted individuals? Of course, other projects are needed to relieve the torture experienced by victims and should be a primary goal, I believe. And it is true that convincing experts such as Project Censored our claims are real is still in the future. The goal of this paper was for a nonvictim experts, i.e. Project Censored, to review the mind control research and to provide credible, reliable information so that the public will better understand the issue.
The second project will run from November 1st through May 1st 2007. I can't name the scientist until the project is complete but he is a prominent expert in electromagnetic and magnetic bioeffects. He has published several articles and a college course book on the topic. He has worked for WHO, World Health Organization on setting EM (electromagnetic frequency) standards. He is well aware of the political and military factors that influence EMF research. This 24 hour course will focus on recognizing the presence of mind-control within a client.
Psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists working with DID clients and survivors of ritual abuse will learn to understand some of the barriers they are encountering. While some of the obstructions are due to resolvable psychological issues, often the best therapy with the most motivated survivorsis not enough. Therapy may not resolve the unconscious personalities perceiving themselves inexorably trapped in programming, or the carefully hidden program structures. This course will also cover information regarding the various types of secretive groups that use programming and indicators to begin to properly diagnose the groups that have installed structures in the unconscious mind. A framework for understanding the body, brain, conscious and unconscious mind interaction will prepare participants to comprehend how mind-control itself works.
Statement by Steve Oglevie am not a ritual abuse survivor, but I am privileged to work with those who are survivors. Most of these have grown up in multi-generational cult families so their abuse and programming began very early in childhood. They have given me a very precious gift. They have shown me how the mind-control system works so I can now explain to the survivor how they can be removed. These mind-control systems are implanted in the mind while undergoing very systematic physical, medical, spiritual, and psychological abuse. I have discovered that there are four basic elements to ritual abuse that need to be addressed in order for recovery to take place:
1) Memories of Trauma, 
2) Dissociation / Multiplicity, 
3) Teaching and Training and 
4) Conditioning.

These can all be resolved at the cognitive level but, all four can be controlled by a fifth element, that of mind-control programming of which the client may or may not be aware. Another East European named Mikhail,a former citizen of the Soviet Union now living in California, told me that the East Europeans and Russians were very active in the United States. Mikhail said they were waging a clandestine war against us on our own soil. During several hours of interviews, Mikhail spoke of a self-styled Slavic mafia operating in the Sacramento area. The chiefs of this mafia are GRU, Russian military intelligence officers, he alleged. They are allied to powerful financial interests and boast of controlling Child Welfare Services. They don't need to threaten to kill anyone, said Mikhail, whose children were taken by the state of California last year after he refused to cooperate with leading Russian intelligence agents. More than 20 years ago, while living and working in the Soviet Union, the KGB took Mikhail's infant son. They took my baby because I refused to go to Israel and work as a spy, he explained. I never saw him again. Years later, after remarrying, I was lucky to have more children. We got away to America. I thought the FBI and CIA would protect me in America. But the KGB warned me. They said that nobody would protect me here, and they would take my children once again if I refused to work for them.
Both Andrzej Suda and Mikhail told their stories to the FBI. But in both cases the FBI did nothing. A ranking law enforcement official familiar with Suda's case, whom I interviewed while researching the Suda story, thought there was a problem at the Justice Department in Washington. Things were being short-circuited at the top, he believed. For some strange reason, spies connected to East European mafia organizations were being allowed to operate freely on American soil.

Si definisce resilienza la capacità  di resistere alle frustrazioni dell’allenamento, allo stress delle gare e in generale alle difficoltà della vita. Tale capacità permette di elaborare risposte adeguate e flessibili di adattamento a situazioni nuove o vissute come tali, in particolare se traumatiche. In questa prospettiva, la resilienza si configura come un processo che permette la ripresa di un sano sviluppo dopo un evento traumatico e nonostante la presenza di situazioni sfavorevoli. Possiamo affermare che la resilienza rappresenta per la psiche quello che il sistema immunitario è per il corpo: un efficace sistema di difesa. In generale lo sportivo resiliente possiede le seguenti caratteristiche: attitudine a orientarsi verso l’allenamento, invece che ripiegarsi su se stesso; capacità di attribuirne significati nuovi; propensione a ricercare strategie creative di fronte alle difficoltà. I fattori proattivi comprendono tre dimensioni: dimensione biologica (risorsa della personalità), dimensione psicologica (esperienza di attaccamento sicuro, autostima e autoefficacia, attitudine ad apprendere dall’esperienza), dimensione sociologica (importanza delle relazioni familiari, amicali, presenza di rete di relazioni formali e informali). Il sintesi lo sportivo resiliente tende ad affrontare i problemi in modo costruttivo e non subisce gli avvenimenti lasciandosi condizionare dall’ambiente e dalle esperienze vissute nel passato.

Molto importante è il concetto di RESILIENZA che
 è piú della semplice capacità di resistere alla distruzione proteggendoci da circostanze difficili, è in ugual modo la possibilità di reagire positivamente a scapito delle difficoltà e la voglia di di costruire utilizzando la forza interiore propria degli essere umani. Non è solo sopravvivere a tutti i costi, ma la l'abilità ad usare l´esperienza appresa dalle situazioni difficili per impiegarla in processi trasformativ e di recupero... [Bisogna]incominciare a diffondere il concetto di resilienza per contribuire alla comprensione del fatto che ogni persona possiede questa caratteristica, ma da tutti noi dipende che possa essere sviluppata, se ci concediamo mutualmente la possibilitá di farlo.
Da non equivocare però il concetto di resilienza con l'accezione meccanicistica di "non fare una piega", bensì con
la capacità dirispondere alle avversità in modo costruttivo [che] presuppone la disponibilità a lasciarsi 'ammaccare' dagli avvenimenti, tollerando il dolore quanto basta per elaborare una risposta trasformativ (di sé e della situazione urtante) che NON conduce certamente alla restaurazione dello stato iniziale, ma ad un superiore livello di maturazione, solidità e consapevolezza.

Active Denial System
L’  Active Denial System (ADS) è un’arma non letale ad energia diretta, costituita da un trasmettitore ad una frequenza di 95 GHz. Corte Penale Internazionale / International Criminal Court - ICC)
La Corte – istituita nel 2002  con sede a L’ Aja –  ha lo scopo di assicurare che i crimini internazionali più gravi non rimangano impuniti, ma esclude i crimini di guerra molteplici, ripetuti e sistemici commessi dagli Stati Uniti d’America,  e l’essersi eretto tale Stato al rango di “polizia mondiale” con la tortura, le stragi, le armi elettroniche, le carceri segrete, i governi fantoccio che praticano schiavizzazione e pena di morte dei prigionieri, oltre che con la “lista nera” delle organizzazioni che a livello mondiale ostacolano a vario titolo i suoi progetti, spacciati per il “bene inevitabile” della società mondiale da classi politiche nazionali assolutamente anti-etiche e disprezzanti il potere e i bisogni delle masse. La giurisdizione del Tribunale è così limitata ai crimini riconosciuti tali nell’interesse dei paesi dominanti (area NATO) che riguardano la cosiddetta “comunità internazionale” quali il genocidio (ma solo se praticato da governi ostili alla NATO), i crimini contro l'umanità e i crimini di guerra (idem).
L’ articolo 7 dello Statuto di Roma – il trattato internazionale che istituisce la Corte – definisce i crimini contro l’ umanità come attacchi consapevoli condotti in modo diffuso o sistematico contro persone  civili. L’ articolo 7 include esplicitamente la tortura, le forme più gravi di violenza sessuale (come la sterilizzazione forzata e la schiavitù sessuale) e la persecuzione contro ogni gruppo identificabile sulla base di criteri, politici, razziali, etnici, culturali e di genere.

Disturbo post-traumatico da stress
Con disturbo post-traumatico da stress (o Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) si intende l'insieme delle fortissime sofferenze psicologiche, in alcuni casi perduranti anche per tutta la vita, successive ad un evento catastrofico o violento. È  denominato anche nevrosi da guerra, proprio perché possono esserne Vittima i soldati che sono stati protagonisti di pesanti combattimenti, o le Vittime di tortura.

Gabbia di Faraday
 Con gabbia di Faraday si intende qualunque sistema costituito da un contenitore in materiale elettricamente conduttore  (o conduttore cavo) in grado di isolare l'ambiente interno da un qualunque campo elettrostatico  presente al suo esterno, per quanto intenso questo possa essere. Il sistema può essere costituito, oltre che da un foglio metallico continuo, anche da una rete o una serie di barre opportunamente distanziate, da cui il termine gabbia. Può essere una valida protezione da alcune forme di tortura tecnologica. Cf. camera anecoica

Instanbul, Protocollo di,  The Manual on Effective Investigation and Documentation of Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment,
 noto comunemente come il Protocollo di Instanbul, è il manuale ufficiale delle Nazioni Unite con indicazioni per la documentazione della tortura e delle sue conseguenze. Il manuale fornisce un ausilio valido a livello internazione per le indagini sui casi presunti di tortura e per la denuncia di tali casi alle autorità giudiziarie.

Inversione ormonale
Sconvolgimento dell’ equilibrio ormonale della Vittima, inteso al sovvertimento dell’ identità endocrina maschile o femminile. “Esperimenti” vennero compiuti dai medici nazisti  nei lager  su cavie umane  omosessuali.

Laser
 Laser è l'acronimo  inglese di Light Amplification by the Stimulated Emission of Radiation, ovvero Amplificazione di Luce tramite Emissione Stimolata di Radiazioni. Recentemente, laser chimici sono stati impiegati come armi ad energia diretta.
 
Lavaggio del cervello
Tecnica banalmente così definita, in realtà corrisponde ad una sorta di uccisione del senso di identità e di volontà di una persona o di un gruppo di persone. Il che in definitiva corrisponde ad una sorta di “limbo” culturale con cui concepire queste tecniche in forma lontana e inafferrabile, in definitiva non contrastabile. Tuttavia qualcosa si sta aprendo alla comprensione della “classe politica” nazionale, con l’inclusione della tortura “mentale” nella Legge passata alla Camera dei deputati alla fine del 2006. In generale qualsiasi organizzazione pratichi in regime di prigionia un tale trattamento senza il pregresso consenso della persona, ottenuto con contezza di mezzi ed informazioni tali da concepire la persona stessa come consenziente ad una propria “malattia” da “curare”, consenziente e non forzato ad accettare, (in definitiva una condizione molto rara), non può definirsi né comunista né rivoluzionaria. Né l’utilizzo della psichiatria (o di “trattamenti psicologici”) senza accettazione con le medesime condizioni ETICHE, su di una persona di ciò cosciente e con la possibilità in qualsiasi momento di interrompere il trattamento, può essere accettabile da una società “democratica” sia pure su basi parziali (divisione di classe e democrazia solo formale). Inoltre la legislazione italiana circa i reati di stupro, pedofilia, violenza privata ecc., è tuttora molto carente rispetto alle tecniche spesso aziendali ma anche familiari, di “mobbing”. In qualche modo la violenza ha sempre una valenza sessuale, specie quando afferisce al potere di una “autorità” su di una persona “sottomessa”. Le stesse tecniche psicologiche così diffuse in Inghilterra e negli Stati Uniti, ma anche in Germania, di “controllo” degli “istinti” dei minorenni, sono facilmente assimilabili alle tecniche di “lavaggio del cervello”. Lobotomia
 La lobotomia è l'asportazione di una parte del cervello  che porta ad una riduzione delle proprie capacità cerebrali. L'intervento fu proposto António Caetano de Abreu Freire Egas Moniz uno psichiatra e neurochirurgo portoghese,  per la cura di alcune malattie mentali, particolarmente per la schizofrenia e la catatonia. Per questo lavoro, Moniz ricevette il Premio Nobel  nel 1949 , unitamente al neurofisiologo svizzero Walter Rudolf Hess.  La lobotomia può essere praticata in anestesia locale, inserendo nel cervello uno strumento usato comunemente per rompere il ghiaccio, che poi può essere fatto ondeggiare per lesionare il lobo prefrontale. Si ritiene che le Vittime della lobotomia siano state quasi 20.000 nei soli USA tra il 1939 ed il 1951, con abusi commessi anche contro oppositori politici  considerati come mentalmente deviati. Tecniche più moderne possono sfruttare il riscaldamento dei tessuti indotto da esposizione a microonde.

Manuale Kubark
Il Kubark Counterintelligence Interrogation è un manuale del 1963 sulle tecniche di interrogatorio “pesanti” rivolto ai funzionari e agli agenti della CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), i servizi segreti statunitensi. Nel 1997 il testo è divenuto di dominio pubblico.

Micro-chip
 La parola chip, nella sua accezione tecnologica, è un acronimo per l'inglese Consolidated Highly Integrated Processor (chip) ovvero processore consolidato altamente integrato. Se di dimensioni ridotte (dell’ordine anche di qualche millimetro), il micro-chip può essere impiantato sottocute per l’identificazione degli animali e anche delle persone
 
Microonde.
Onde elettromagnetiche di lunghezza d’onda comprese tra 30 cm (frequenza di 1 G  Hz ) e 1 mm  (frequenza 300 GHz). Le microonde, benché di frequenza superiore alle onde radio, non sono  radiazioni ionizzanti. Possono però provocare riscaldamento dei tessuti a temperature pericolose per la sopravvivenza delle cellule del tessuto stesso. 
 
MK-ULTRA
Il progetto MK-ULTRA si riferisce ad una serie di attività svolte dalla CIA tra gli anni Cinquanta   e Sessanta  che aveva come scopo quello di influenzare e controllare il comportamento di determinate persone (cf.  controllo mentale ). Esperimenti prevedevano la somministrazione dell'ipnosi ,  messaggi subliminali, sostanze chimiche quali la LSD ed altri tipi di violenze psicologiche su cavie  umane. Si suppone che uno degli scopi del progetto fosse quello di costringere alcune persone a compiere atti senza potersi controllare o rendersene conto; una delle ipotesi vuole che la CIA fosse interessata alla possibilità di creare degli assassini inconsapevoli.

Mobbing
Con la parola inglese  mobbing si suole indicare una pratica applicata nel mondo del lavoro  , consistente in abusi psicologici impartiti ad un lavoratore; può essere tradotta con espressioni come vessazioni, angherie, persecuzione (sul posto di lavoro), o anche ostracizzazione. Il termine mobbing è stato coniato agli inizi degli anni Settanta dall'etologo Konrad Lorenz per descrivere un particolare comportamento di alcune specie animali che circondano un proprio simile e lo assalgono rumorosamente in gruppo al fine di allontanarlo dal branco. La parola inglese “mobbing” viene dal latino “mobile vulgus”, che si può tradurre con  “il movimento della folla”. L’ etimo di mobbing suggerisce un comportamento di esclusione di individui o gruppi minoritari con modi e comportamenti “mafiosi”. Si distingue in mobbing orizzontale, verticale (da un capo o un superiore verso i sottoposti), mobbing sessuale.

Privazione del sonno o deprivazione da sonno
La privazione del sonno è una tortura psicofisica che si può attuare sottoponendo la Vittima a rumori, ma anche ad onde radio di opportuna frequenza. Forme prolungate di privazione del sonno possono essere totalmente invalidanti per le Vittime.

Radiochirurgia del cervello
Lo sviluppo della radiochirurgia, avvenuto negli anni ‘70, permette ai medici di rimuovere del tessuto cerebrale senza aprire la scatola cranica. Usando fasci collimati di radiazione di alta energia, e tecniche avanzate di imaging neuronale, i chirurghi possono mirare con grande precisione a regioni selezionate del cervello allo scopo di eliminare parti anatomicamente date. Tuttavia ciò innanzitutto non si può applicare a parti estranee di dubbia natura, ed inoltre può portare a lesioni difficilmente determinabili, soprattutto per le dimensioni microscopiche di ogni singola informazione o conoscenza o ricordo od esperienza, in nostro possesso (cellule e sinapsi), e a causa dell plasticità del cervello (stimolando la quale, per esempio con ginseng, si ottiene una maggiore varianza delle attività cerebrali che rende più difficile il “lavoro” dei torturatori del controllo mentale).
 
Radioonde
Sono le radiazioni elettromagnetiche. Quelle di bassa frequenza sono utilizzate dal nostro cervello. Tuttavia nei passaggi di “registrazione” delle informazioni, nelle sinapsi, vengono utilizzate frequenze molto alte (sui 4,5 Ghz). Alcuni studiosi tendono a sospettare del proliferare di fenomeni di impazzimento improvviso, la diffusione dei radiotelefoni cellulari, che oramai iniziano ad avvicinarsi a tale frequenza. Ma rimaniamo qui a quelle di bassa frequenza. Frequenze delta, teta, alfa, beta e gamma inferiori. Sono quelle utilizzate nel cervello dal nostro organismo per gestire autonomamente e del tutto insindacabilmente ogni nostro pensiero, decisione, percezione. Le onde delta (da 0 a 3 hz) sono attive durante il sonno profondo, le onde teta (da 4 a 7 hz) quando si è in sonno leggero o in presonno o in dormiveglia, le onde alfa (da 8 a 13 hz) quando si è attivi, le onde beta (14-30 hz) quando si svolge una attività fisica, le onde gamma (da 30 a 100 hz) per il funzionamento del nostro sistema visivo (e non vanno confuse con le onde gamma su diverse e ben maggiori frequenze).  Queste definizioni sono nate in psichiatria con la scoperta dell’EEG (1928, Germania). Un normale ritmo alfa è una delle condizioni di normalità psichiatrica. La base scientifica della psichiatria rispetto alla psicologia è data dai fatti accertabili, da ricerche fondate su decenni di accertamenti legati a disfunzioni neurologiche o a lesioni cerebrali accertabili. La psicologia (nelle sue varie discipline, compresa la terapia sessuale, ecc.) invece non è una scienza, ma una forma di rapporto tra un terapeuta ed un paziente, che spesso sconfina nei meandri dell’anima e dell’intimo; non è una scienza ma una forma di rapporto intersoggettivo, e quindi difficilmente sostenibile a livello forense e di Diritto, e questo non solo per il fatto ANTIETICO ed ANTI-MASSE, che i primi campi applicativi della psicologia sono stati il controllo dei lavoratori e la tortura degli indagati. A dimostrarlo, oltre al fatto che studiosi importanti in questo settore discettano come fossero cose legali, di teorie naziste (Skinner e simili).
 
Stalking
Lo stalking è un termine legale con cui si indicano ripetute azioni di disturbo (harassment)  ed altre forme di invasione della privacy di una persona in modo da istigare paura, rabbia, o altre reazioni spiacevoli nella Vittima. Atti che possono essere parte di stalking includono: pedinamenti ripetuti, contatti indesiderati, monitoraggio del comportamento di una persona per lunghi periodi di tempo (anche in ambienti virtuali; in questo caso si parla di cyberstalking), violazioni del domicilio, e contatti inappropriati con familiari, colleghi e conoscenti.
 
Tortura
La tortura è un metodo di coercizione fisica, mentale, fisiologica, o psicologica , inflitta, con qualsiasi fine o “motivazione” che sia (giammai giustificabile), per estorcere delle informazioni o delle confessioni, anche di falsità fatte passare per vere per utilità sociale od istituzionali, o allo scopo di intimidire, impedire atti od espressioni di idee, nei confronti della Vittima. La tortura viene spesso attuata  con l'uso di strumenti particolari atti ad infliggere sensazioni di dolore corporeo. La tortura è considerata una violazione estrema dei diritti umani garantiti dalla Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani.
 
Tortura tecnologica
Termine che include tutte le forme di tortura che sfruttano strumenti tecnologicamente avanzati, siano essi di natura elettronica, chimica o psicologica. Tra le torture tecnologiche si può distinguere la tortura bionica (che include il controllo mentale), la tortura attraverso mezzi chimici, e la tortura ambientale (attraverso l’ esposizione a radiazione elettromagnetica o ultrasuoni). Queste forme normalmente sono utilizzate insieme per ottenere il medesimo risultato.
 
Ultrasuoni
Suoni (ovvero onde di rarefazione e compressione dell’ aria) di frequenza superiore ai 20000 Hz (la massima frequenza udibile dagli esseri umani). Ultrasuoni possono essere usati come strumento di tortura in quanto provocano rotture dei vasi sanguigni capillari, con conseguenti ematomi.
