To a better use of the site

Disclaimer

This site pertains to a no-profit Association, its Statute states that it has to AVOID every monetary offer. Instead every collaboration - on condition that it could be in accord with the Association's aims - will be very agreed. Free collaboration are NOT paid, notwithstanding they could be covered by a personalized Copyright; at the same time every quotation from the site and related book are protected by Copyright and has to be cited only with complete origin. This site does NOT be a periodical magazine: its aim is to can share data and knowledge the most timely and largely without any periodicity, not only having as source scripts and articles, but trying to be founded the most on FIRST-HAND knowledge of facts and/or by - very welcoming - direct advices given by readers.
But "first hand" does not mean a simple definition: our basic aim is to be concerned on regard of precise PERSONS: to get information, to manage data, to clear up problems are our endeavour but mostly when starting from PERSONS asking for PERSONAL help; or rather we assume that our care prefers to keep away from general questions for going on in PERSONAL, direct behalf of these living people' occurences.

The Associazione italiana, scientifica e giuridica contro gli abusi mentali, fisici e tecnologici till November 2002 gets an increasing and up-dating site, on July 2005 also mirrored in a "real" book obtained with a difficult, "pioneeristic" well-resulting effort: It's Abuse NOT Science fiction  Thus the complete site became an Encyclopedic book to be also re-edited and furnished with opportune Appendix. But after the book published, continual arrangements on text and presentation regard every previously edited files/chapters, file were cleared up and also new files have been added - Up-dates together with the current one: Aggiornamenti e indici and the Italian Modificazioni e novità made just for presenting the frequent changes of the site. Some guiding advices have been added on the home page as well on Libro/Book, but any way some files - already present as chapters on the book together with the new ones - are  in careful continual improvement and emendation for browsers and for Search Engines: for example look at the file dedicated to Association's Statute and on the main totally - also as title - renewed Presentazione e indice ragionato: come cominciare/Preamble: how to begin. In fact some readers objected that the site had a presentation not so fitting. To advantage the management of the whole Website and the way to search and find into, the Home page split on two: the real /index page and a describing introduction: Presentazione e indice ragionato: come cominciare/ Preamble: how to begin and an upgrading inner Search Engine has been added on every file.
THIS FILE IS CONTINUALLY RENEWED AND IMPROVED to timely summarize the incoming innovation of the site: mostly of files erase and eventually new added ones. The Association's basical aim is to denounce, to protect and to care, NOT to accuse: so it should be stopped to describe every not enough precise and specified data, on the contrary it is mandatory to avoid every inference regarding other possible not well supported occurrences. Damaging and even serious harming actions can be performed with devices which can be produced as very real and even commercial tools, which can be bought even by everyone, even with banal "order forms" in Internet.
These powerful and deceitful "energies" are surely NOT something as ghosts' tricks, or science fiction Star Wars Engines, they are realities which could be managed by everyone, also or mostly by not ever ethical persons: but it is deceitful to "cry wolf" without giving any "how", "when" and "where".

Our task is continually in progress; then we strongly need to be continually better and widely informed from others' experiences: may we ask for review or at least for comments? Our prioritary aim is to present every information the most possible authentic and certified: in a certain sense the very file
and the book chapter Advanced Technologies precise and damaging? have questions rather than affermations as their titles; and it is a series of questions rather than their answers which carry our fundamental message of intentas soon as we receive some answer - no matter if conflicting - we put them on-line. Two personal cases offer first hand authenticated files: both the Authors of these files/chapters share their data with a solid documentation. Too much not chosen information call in a lot of not suitable people and sites: so unfortunately we too could be informed that some our files have been "burglarized" by not authorized web sites: endorsed into not fitting places and mixed with subjects not matching with our aims, if not even conflicting with their real meaning. Since the severe and dangerous field of our researches and testimonies, we became obliged to denounce every trial to mix our endeavor with anything else, and then to take off from our site every file which could be an allurement to "burglary". On searching and more on thanking who warned us we became moreover aware that not only some inner files were "burglarized", but also that a japanese suspect site had an URL very similar to our one: from both inconveniences we received fake entries and spam and even viruses. For avoiding every kind of interferences and consequent damages we are obliged to denounce every infringment and/or take away every no more trustful file, eventually to send them to their first URL placement.
